📢 Gasconade County R-1 Board Election Information

Gasconade County R-1 School District will be accepting declarations of candidacy for the upcoming School Board election at the Central Office.

Residents who are eligible and interested are welcome to file during the designated filing period.

Dear Bearcat Families,

As a district, we are currently short five substitute/activity drivers and one full-time driver. This has created a need to make some changes to our bus routes. These changes were approved by the Board of Education on Thursday, November 13. This will primarily impact buses 29 and 10. The changes are highlighted in red on the attached image.
Students who are impacted by these changes were given letters on Friday, November 14. All of these changes will go into effect on Monday, November 24.

Please be patient with our drivers and be at the new bus stops at least 5 minutes early, as our drivers work out the new routes.

HMS FCCLA is hosting a cereal drive to benefit our local food pantry this week! Unopened cereal boxes will be collected until Monday, November 24th. The winning grade level will receive a popcorn party.

Four Rivers Conference 1st Team Pitcher is Taylor Carver; 1st Team Infield is Delilah Nobel; 2nd Team All Conference players are Kimber Hale, Harper Priess, Alivia Witthaus and Coraline Nobel; and Honorable Mention players are Molly Scheer, Penny Cramer and Charlee Englert! District Honors were awarded to Taylor Carver as 1st Team All-District Pitcher, Delilah Nobel as 1st Team All-District Infield, and 2nd Team All-District Honors to Kimber Hale and Harper Priess! Congratulations ladies!!

🎟️🏀50/50 Raffle for a Cause — TOGA NIGHT!

Join us Thursday, November 21st at Hermann High School during the Boys Basketball Game for a special night hosted by the Hermann High School Student Council!

We’ll be holding a 50/50 raffle, with all proceeds going toward Alzheimer’s awareness. Plus, the night’s theme is TOGAS — so come dressed up, bring your school spirit, and support a great cause while cheering on the Bearcats! 📣💙
