Bearcat Practice/Activities Update: All evening activities/practices are cancelled for this evening (3/31).
Good afternoon Bearcats families,
With the threat of possible severe weather this afternoon, we are watching the forecast very closely. The timing of this impending weather shows it may arrive during our dismissal time this afternoon. Please be aware that if the storm arrives during dismissal, or we are under a tornado warning, students and staff will remain on campus until the threat has passed to ensure the safety of all.
At this time, dismissal remains at the same time as normal. We do not plan to release our students early. If we determine that it is unsafe to release students on time, we will communicate that information before 3:30 pm.
As always, the safety of all of our students and staff is our number one priority. We appreciate your patience as we continue to monitor this situation.

Spring has sprung at Hermann Elementary! Our first and second grade students performed a wonderful concert to a full gym last night! Thanks to Mrs. Payne for the songs and Ms. Ditch for the spring artwork!

*Today's (3/31) JV game against St. Clair has been cancelled; play Union on 4/1.
*Tomorrow's (4/1) varsity games at Elsberry have been pushed back two hours.
*We have added a JV/9th doubleheader on April 10th at Cuba.

Hermann is excited to celebrate Autism and Neurodiversity week with a variety of activities and spirit days for our students.

Golf: Today's golf match has been postponed and the South Callaway match has been rescheduled for Mar 30th.
Baseball: Monday's game will be played in Hermann not Van-Far.

Golf time for today's gave has been moved to 1:30, The Hermann Open Track Meet has been rescheduled for Fri, Apr 21st at 4:00, today's JV and 9th Grade baseball games against Owensville have been postponed; no rescheduled date at this time.

Dear Gasconade County R-1 Families,
In response to the mild nature of our winter this year we have been able to be in session more than usual. Therefore, the Gasconade County R-1 School district will extend the Easter Spring Break to include Tuesday, April 11, 2023. The updated calendar will be posted to the district website on Monday March, 27. We will share this news again on our social media outlets and send out reminders as we get closer to that date. We hope you are able to use this extended break to recharge and reinvigorate.

Come meet New Head Football Coach Jed Leeper!!
Today, we celebrate World Down Syndrome Day with fun activities in each school! We have Mismatched Socks in all the buildings. We also have a Hat Day and Cards by Caroline in the Middle School and the High School National Honor Society is selling baked goods. All donations and money raised will be donated to the Exceptional Equestrians of the Missouri Valley.
