Notice to Bidders
The Gasconade County R-I School District is soliciting sealed bids for the Hermann High School Roof Replacement project.
Sealed bids will be received at the District Office, 170 Blue Pride Drive, Hermann, MO 65041, until 9:00 a.m. on March 11, 2026, at which time bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.
Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting
A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held:
March 3, 2026 – 9:00 a.m.

Attendance at this meeting is required in order to submit a bid.
Bid Documents
Bidding documents will be available beginning February 23, 2026.

Documents may be reviewed at the District Office, 170 Blue Pride Drive, Hermann, MO 65041.
Prevailing Wage Requirement
This project is subject to the Missouri Prevailing Wage Law, Sections 290.210 to 290.340 RSMo.
The applicable prevailing wage rates for Gasconade County, Missouri, as determined by the Missouri Department of Labor and Industrial Relations, are incorporated into the contract documents and must be paid to all workers performing work under this contract.
A copy of the current prevailing wage order is on file and available for review at the District Office.
Bid Requirements & Conditions
Bidders must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
The District reserves the right to waive informalities or irregularities in the bidding process.
The project will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder complying with the terms of the letting.
