The Gasconade County R-1 School District is proud to announce that they have selected Ashley Aaron as the next coach of the Hermann Lady Bearcats basketball program. Mrs. Aaron is a 2011 graduate of Hermann High. Mrs. Aaron went on to attend Maryville University where she played basketball and ran track before transferring to Webster University where she finished her collegiate basketball career.
After graduation Mrs. Aaron came back to Hermann High teaching and coaching in 2016 before leaving for a short stint. During that time she was teaching and coaching at the high school and collegiate level in St. Louis. Before returning to Hermann as an assistant three years ago.
Mrs. Aaron and husband Michael Aaron who is an Athletic Trainer at Union High School are proud parents of Brooks and are expecting another baby in August. She enjoys spending time with her family, reading, running, baking, and sports.
